Our studio offers classes that help you reconnect with your body, slow down, and manage stress through intentional movement, rest practices, and breathwork. Everything is designed to be accessible and adaptable, meeting you exactly where you are.

At this studio, we offer approachable and personalized strategies to support mental health, physical well-being, and nervous system regulation.

A guided experience focused on intentional movement, tailored to support the body’s needs. Whether it’s gentle stretching or energizing flow, the goal is to reconnect with the body in empowering and accessible ways.

rest

A class centered on stillness, recovery, and presence. Through guided rest practices like restorative poses, mindfulness, or quiet reflection, participants are encouraged to slow down and recharge.

A space to explore breathwork as a tool for nervous system regulation. This class supports emotional balance and stress relief through conscious, guided breathing techniques.

play (for adults)

A lighthearted, movement-based class that encourages creativity, curiosity, and exploration. Designed to bring joy back into the body through playful, expressive movement—no pressure, just presence.

mrb kids

A thoughtfully designed program introducing children to the basics of movement, rest, breathing through age-appropriate movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. It’s a fun and supportive way for kids to build emotional awareness and body confidence.

mrb workshop: move. rest. breathe. together.

A 60–90 minute wellness experience for groups.

This workshop is designed to create space for connection, presence, and stress relief—together. Through a guided experience of movement, rest, and breathing. Groups will explore simple tools for wellness that can be used anytime, anywhere. No special equipment or experience needed—just comfortable clothes and a willingness to slow down.

mrb extra credit: 1:1 Integrative Sessions

mrb extra credit is a one-on-one, facilitator-guided session designed to help you process and embody what surfaced in therapy. Through gentle movement, restorative rest, and breathwork, these sessions support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and a deeper connection to self — all in a calm, supportive space.
