mrb stands for move, rest, breathe—three simple, powerful tools for supporting mental health and overall wellness
Our studio offers classes that help you reconnect with your body, slow down, and manage stress through intentional movement, rest practices, and breathwork. Everything is designed to be accessible and adaptable, meeting you exactly where you are.

Classes
At this studio, we offer approachable and personalized strategies to support mental health, physical well-being, and nervous system regulation.

rest
A class centered on stillness, recovery, and presence. Through guided rest practices like restorative poses, mindfulness, or quiet reflection, participants are encouraged to slow down and recharge.

breathe
A space to explore breathwork as a tool for nervous system regulation. This class supports emotional balance and stress relief through conscious, guided breathing techniques.

play (for adults)
A lighthearted, movement-based class that encourages creativity, curiosity, and exploration. Designed to bring joy back into the body through playful, expressive movement—no pressure, just presence.

mrb kids
A thoughtfully designed program introducing children to the basics of movement, rest, breathing through age-appropriate movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. It’s a fun and supportive way for kids to build emotional awareness and body confidence.
