Curious about mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a mental state that is achieved by focusing on the present moment while calmly recognizing, acknowledging and accepting your feelings and thoughts in that moment. It’s being aware and awake to the moment and moving through it with acceptance and without judgment. It can be incredibly freeing to the mind, but it’s something that takes practice!

Our team has put together a number of resources to help you on your path to mindfulness, and we’re here to work with our patients in their therapy sessions with us as well.
